Wanderers have slashed ticket prices in a bid to fill the Reebok for the Carling Cup clash with Leicester.

In a bold move, Wanderers are charging young fans under the age of 16 just £1 to see the game while adults can gain entry to any part of the stadium for just £10.

The club cut prices for the last round victory over West Ham to £5 for under-16s, and £15 for adults for the two sides of the ground and £10 for behind the goals.

They were rewarded with a crowd of almost 11,000 and they hope the massive price cut for the fourth round tie with Championship side Leicester on Wednesday, November 30, will capture the imagination of the Bolton public.

A win would put Wanderers into the last eight of a competition that offers the first chance of securing European football for next season.

Tickets go on sale to season ticket holders on November 14, and are on open sale from November 22.

Meanwhile, the demand by fans interested in travelling on the official club packages to Portugal for the team's UEFA Cup tie against Vitoria Guimaraes, have led TMG - the Club's official travel partner - to put on an additional flight.

Consequently, club officials are advising supporters to avoid disappointment by contacting TMG on 01926 456 276 (Mon-Fri 9.30am to 5.30pm) to register their interest.

Supporters, whose interest has been recorded, will then be contacted by TMG once the travel arrangements have been clarified.

TMG has packages available priced from £215 per person

Up to 4,000 Wanderers fans could be travelling to the game and Wanderers have issued a series of advisory warnings for the trip.

Fans are advised to take warm and waterproof clothing to the Esit dio Dom Alfonso Henriques Stadium as part of the seating is not covered.

They are also warned not to take alcohol, flares, fireworks, umbrellas, balls, long lens cameras or camcorders into the stadium. Searches will be in operation.

A large police presence will be in operation for the match and fans are also asked not to drink excessively before the game as anyone under the influence of alcohol will not gain entry to the stadium.

Children under the age of 16 will only be admitted to the stadium if they are accompanied by an adult.
