A TEENAGER has appeared in court charged with the manslaughter of a 50-year-old man from Farnworth.
Glenn Watson, of Brookhouse Avenue, suffered head injuries in an incident in the early hours of Sunday, October 30, and died later in hospital.
Paul Birmingham, aged 19, of Grasmere Road, Swinton, has been charged with his manslaughter.
Two men who were allegedly involved in the incident also appeared at court. Michael Faux, aged 19, of Bingham Street and Robert Edwards, aged 23, of Coniston Road, both in Swinton, are accused of affray.
The three appeared at Manchester Crown Court and were remanded in custody until January 9.
