A WOMAN who dumped nine bin bags of rubbish will appear at Bolton Magistrates' Court after failing to pay a fine.
Marie Robinson, of South Street, Great Lever, admitted leaving the bags near her home in May and opted to pay a fixed-penalty notice.
After failing to pay the fine, she also missed a court appearance this week.
She is now due before Bolton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, October 24.
