DAISY Hill will be running the gauntlet of 3,000 FC United fans as they visit Gigg Lane on Saturday.
The forecasted drop in public interest in United's spin-off club, created by the Premiership giants' disaffected supporters, has failed to materialise. Once again, a massive crowd is expected at Bury's Gigg Lane as Daisy Hill become the latest challengers to the Division Two leaders.
A new North West Counties League record crowd of 3,200 watched FC United face Oldham Town in midweek, and a similar crowd is expected for tomorrow's game.
Kick-off is at 3pm. Tickets are £7 for adults, and £3 for concessions.
