CHORLEY Juniors, representing the BGA, just missed out on honours, when they took part in the Sunday Telegraph Inter-club regional final at Mere.
The team finished fourth on 373pts, just behind qualifiers, Shaw Hill and Warrington. Old Links, who also represented the BGA, and Harwood, representing the Bury Junior League, finished down the field.
Chorley have a busy weekend on October 15 and 16 in two competitions. They represent Lancashire in the English Junior Team Championship at Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, and have qualified for the Williams BMW Junior Challenge at Lowes Park, Bury, after beating last years champions Dunscar 4-3.
