HINDSFORD FC beat Hoghton West End 7-3 after extra time in the second round of the Lancashire Amateur Shield.
Hindsford took an early lead through Paul Cunliffe and had the majority of possession but Hoghton turned round 2-1 in front at half time.
Dave Fashou was tripped and scored the penalty to equalise but Hoghton once again regained the lead before Neil Critchley scrambled an equaliser to finish 3-3 at full time.
HIndsford continued to dominate the game and Critchley (2) and Chris Cunliffe added more goals.
On Saturday Hindsford are away at Dukinfield and the reserves are at home to Leigh Athletic.
