WANDERERS fans could hold the key to the unsolved killing of a teenager.
In the early hours of Sunday, March 9, 2003, 18-year-old Andrew Jones, of Liverpool, was attacked after celebrating his cousins 30th birthday.
He was punched to the ground near the Rapid Hardwear Store in Hanover Street, Liverpool, and banged his head.
His parents Christine and Andrew are appealing to Wanderers fans who were in Liverpool after watching the Whites at Anfield hours before.
They said: "There may have been some Bolton fans who stayed in Liverpool following the game, saw what happened but did not realise how serious it turned out.
"We have set up a website at www.justiceforandrewjones.com to hopefully jog people's memory of what happened that night."
