PATIENTS at the Royal Bolton Hospital are sitting pretty after a local firm donated sofas for a waiting room.
Saxon Leather Upholstery Limited, which is based on Manchester Road, have donated settees to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services unit.
The sofas replace plastic chairs.
Sharon Paggett from the hospital said: "The sofas look great and we were able to chose the colour so it even matches the decor."
Managing director of Saxon, Roger Jolly, added: "We were delighted to work with the hospital to supply them with new sofas. We hope the staff get the chance to put their feet up on them too."
