ADVENTUROUS people in Bolton are needed to drop in and abseil to raise money for charity.
The 90ft indoor abseil will take place at the Manchester Velodrome on November 26 and 27 in aid of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.
Regional fundraiser Charles Horton said: "If you have ever wanted to learn how to abseil, then this is the perfect opportunity.
"This event involves an indoor freefall descent from the roof of the velodrome into the centre of the cycle track - unlike the usual abseil down a flat wall of a building."
Further details are available from the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign office on 0161 403012 or by emailing charles@muscular-dystrophy.org
Anyone who wants to take part must raise a minimum of £145 through sponsorship.
