MAGISTRATES adjourned the case of a Bury woman accused of fraudulently trying to obtain benefits by means of false representation.
The bench at Rochdale was told that Carol Mahon (55), of Newbold Street, Bury, who denied the offence, was too ill to attend the court.
The case, brought by the Department of Works and Pernsions, was adjourned to September 21.
