ORGANISERS of the Kingfisher World Curry Week are calling for Indian restaurants in Bury to take part in the project and help raise money for charity.
Curry-loving customers will be asked to buy just one more poppadom when they order their meal, with the extra money going to international charity Action Against Hunger.
The week, between October 16 and 22, will also include 'Hurry 4 Curry for 2005' - a Ready Steady Cook-style competition and a number of poppadom-themed activities.
Restaurants can sign up by calling Peter Grove on 0208 397 7517 or visiting www.kingfisherworldcurryweek.com
