DOG wardens are hoping to trace the owner of a stray mongrel discovered in the Chesham area on Sunday.
The old brown and white pooch is currently being cared for at Manchester Dogs Home.
Anyone who has lost a dog fitting the above description - it was also wearing a red collar - should contact Bury Police Station on 0161 856 8130 or the Dog Wardens on 01942 814300.
