COMEDY king Peter Kay and boxing superstar Amir Khan are swapping roles to appear in two very different kinds of videos.
Comic Peter, who had a number one video hit with Tony Christie on (Is This the Way to) Amarillo, is currently filming a fitness video.
And Amir will appear in a video for 17-year-old Bolton pop prodigy Jessica Moon.
Olympic silver medalist Amir agreed to be in the video for Jessica's song Eyes on You, which was shown on ITV's Granada Reports on Monday.
Amir, aged 18, said: "It was great to be in Jessica's video. It's a really catchy tune and I think it might even get to number one.
"It was also good to be supporting more talent coming from Bolton."
Jessica, who now lives in Battersea, is currently in talks with a major label.
Peter Kay, who made his name with offbeat comedy Phoenix Nights, is expected to bring out a fitness video in the guise of the show's nightclub bouncer, Max.
He will be joined by his sidekick Paddy, played by Patrick McGuiness, demonstrating a series of wacky "exercises".
The video is a swipe at the flood of celebrity keep-fit videos which come out every year in the run up to Christmas.
Two years ago, Peter Kay set a record for the fastest-selling DVD release of a British TV show when the second series of Phoenix Nights sold 160,000 copies in its first week.
A video of the 32-year-old's stand-up performance at Bolton's Albert Halls also broke the record for the number of sales for a live show by a British comedian.
The DVD of his spin-off series, Max And Paddy's Road To Nowhere, is due to be released on October 3.
