DISABILITY issues will top the agenda at the next meeting of Whitefield and Unsworth Area Board.
Members of the public and representatives from local organisations are asked to give their ideas on improving services for disabled people.
The subject will be discussed as part of Bury Council's draft strategy on physical and sensory disability.
Area board chairman Coun Joan Grimshaw said: "Disability is an important issue which affects all communities and generations. The best suggestions often come from the community so please come and share your ideas with us."
The meeting will take place at Ribble Drive Primary School, Whitefield, on Tuesday, September 20.
Also on the agenda will be road safety improvements for Ribble Drive, Oak Lane, Moss Lane and Parr Lane. There will also be 45 minutes of open forum when members of the public can raise their own concerns and issues. The meeting starts at 7pm.
