PEEL Holdings plc has announced important new management appointments to the team heading the £200m Trafford Centre.
Mike Butterworth has been appointed managing director of a new company called the Trafford Centre Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peel Holdings.
James Lindsay has been appointed centre director with special responsibility for future management when the Trafford Centre is completed.
Mr Lindsay has been the managing director of the Meadowhall regional shopping centre in Sheffield.
Richard Bonner has been appointed letting manager and David Glover construction manager for the project.
Peel Holdings deputy chairman Robert Hough said: "We have developed the nucleus of an experienced team for the development and management of the centre which will ensure it will be an outstanding regional asset both for the public and regional economy."
