TWO Bolton teenagers were found last night after being missing for nearly a week.

Craig and Anthony Torkington, 13 and 12 respectively, fled from their home in Towers Avenue, Deane, last Saturday afternoon.

Police found the brothers sleeping in a shed at the back of a friend's house in the Halliwell Road area last night.

They had been seen in Halliwell last Saturday night, in Bradford on Tuesday and in Bolton town centre the following afternoon.

Police wanted to interview the boys in connection with a stolen car left in Towers Avenue last weekend and in connection with car crime in Bolton town centre on Wednesday.

Craig and Anthony were due in court on that date but failed to attend.

The boys' mother Patricia was relieved that the boys had been found safe and well.

But she was upset that police had held them overnight last night for a court appearance this morning.
