OWEN Coyle's proposed £500,000 move to Dundee United was expected to go through today.
The Wanderers striker - who refused personal terms with the Scottish First Division club last week - is close to agreeing an improved deal after fresh talks.
Dundee United revived the transfer when Blackburn Rovers made definite moves to sign £1.7million midfielder Billy McKinlay.
