SIR: Once again I have had to open the door to children saying trick or treat.
I would not mind so much if they were supervised by a parent but as usual in today's time so long so they've bothering some body else it's alright.
It must be very unnerving for the elderly having to open their doors to children demanding money and then having cruel tricks played on them when they cannot afford to give any money.
Fifteen years ago when I was a child I would not dream of knocking on a strangers door and with all the crime about I would have though most parents would encourage their children not to!
