MEDIUM James Byrne last night repeated his vow to end the 30 year search for a moors murder victim's grave.

And the mother of victim Keith Bennett say she has now pinned her hopes on Byrne.

Speaking to a packed audience in Little Lever last night, Mr Byrne said he was convinced he could locate Keith's body on desolate Saddleworth Moor.

As exclusively revealed in the BEN, the Bolton medium has stepped into help Keith's mum Winnie Johnson end her torment.

Keith was 12 when he disappeared and was killed by evil duo Ian Brady and Myra Hindley.

Despite a massive search, his body has never been found.

Mr Byrne told the audience at Little Lever Community Centre: "I am convinced I can find him. I will be going out again on the moors as soon as possible."

And Mrs Johnson, who was at last night's show, said: "I didn't really believe in mediums before James. But I'm sure he can help me.

"To be honest I don't think Myra Hindley will ever actually come up with anything under hypnosis so I really hope James can help."

Mr Byrne said he had visited the moors once with Mrs Johnson. He added: "It's a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack. I have to be really sure before anyone starts digging anywhere.

"I know a lot of people won't believe me until I actually find something but I am genuinely convinced I will."

During last night's show, Mr Byrne claimed to pass on messages from beyond the grave to members of the audience.

Mr Byrne identified local streets and areas and spoke to individuals about family and friends who had died during the past few years.

Many said they were amazed by what he told them.
