ADDITIONAL board members are needed for the Octagon Theatre Trust in Bolton.

It needs experience and expertise in either strategic planning, fundraising, access, youth and community, finance and accounting, catering, building management or customer care.

Administrative Director Amanda Belcham said today: "With a yearly turnover of nearly £1 million and over 70 staff, the Octagon requires skilful management at all levels to assure its continued success.

"The Board plays a crucial role not only by helping in the smooth running of the theatre, but also by acting as its ambassadors to the community at large."
