A 23-YEAR-OLD bail buster thanked the Bolton Evening News when she appeared at Bolton magistrates court.
Marie Taylor, of Crossdale Road, Bolton, should have appeared before the town's magistrates last Friday on separate charges of dangerous driving and threatening behaviour.
When she failed to arrive a warrant was issued for her arrest. Mr Michael Garstang, defending, told the Magistrates : "She mixed up the dates and will be eternally grateful to the Bolton Evening News which carried a report last Saturday that a warrant had been issued for her arrest. She telephoned me on Saturday night and arrangements were made for her to surrender to the police today."
Taylor was re-bailed until February 8.
