SIR: In all the reports and comments on Harriet Harman's choice of school for her son, I have not read or heard anything about her son's views on this matter.
We hear a lot about parental choice, but what about the child's choice? Surely a wise parent will take into account the child's view about which school he or she should attend and at which he or she will be happy. Should a child be made to attend a certain type of school simply in order to maintain the parent's political correctness?
