SIR: I refer to the letter by C Adams (April 27). She stated that Farnworth is neglected. Does she not realise that the whole country is neglected, particularly the poor, unemployed, pensioners and services, due to the Tory policy.
If the town is as bad as she makes out, why keep moaning about it when she has the remedy by moving house? I can recommend it. As for Tony Blair being an imitation Tory who will do nothing to change anything, then what is she worried about. She also stated that money has been squandered by the Council when this government by next year will have spent £2.66 billion to sell of British Rail, but you can expect anything from them, the BSE Government. Blame someone else.
