THE season finished on a high note for Radcliffe Boro - just as former Oldham Athletic striker Frankie Bunn was getting started!
He cracked in two superb goals to clinch a 2-0 win over Great Harwood Town that saw Boro finished sixth in the Unibond Division One. Club secretary David Murgatroyd commented: "Frankie had to have a knee operation at the beginning of the season and it has taken him a long time to regain fitness.
"Still, he looked really sharp on Saturday and it's a bonus to think he'll be firing on all cylinders for us at the start of next season."
