WIGAN have to forget about last week's rugby union take over as they resume Super League action at Halifax tonight.
The champions, keen to maintain the pressure on leaders St Helens, are hit by injuries with Scott Quinnell (groin) and Kel Skerrett (shin) definitely out, while Shaun Edwards is struggling to shrug off a rib injury.
Despite the injury problems coach Graeme West is hoping his side can quickly focus back on pursuing another championship.
"It is difficult going from one code to another but we have taken on the challenge and we have to live with it," said West.
"Halifax have struggled a bit this season but they are a bigh strong side and we will have to be at our best to beat them.
"We will have to make changes but it should not upset us too much if we do the right things. The lads are confident but we have got to be on our guard."
Neil Cowie is also a doubt with a hamstring strain and Neil Baines and Shem Tatupu have been drafted into the squad.
Wigan from: Radlinski, Robinson, Tuigamala, Connolly, Offiah, Paul, Edwards, Murdock, Cowie, Hall, O'Connor, Baines, Tatupu, Haighton, Cassidy, Farrell, Johnson, Smyth, Tallec.
