TWELVE new jobs have been created by a major refurbishment of the United Norwest Co-op store in Bromley Cross, Bolton.
The former Pricefighter store is being re-developed as a Co-op Food Market.
A spokesman said Co-op Food Market was a successful new trading format which had been introduced to a number of stores over the last 12 months. It provided an extended range of fresh, frozen and chilled food together with additional services such as newspapers, magazines, in-store bakery, sandwich bar, chilled wines and beers.
Opening hours will be extended when the seven-days-a-week store is re-launched on Thursday, May 23.
