BOLTON College is exploring the world to give diners a feast of culinary delights.
All this week, the catering and hospitality sector is staging a promotional event called a Celebration of Cookery and Food.
The feast of fine fare includes everything from a traditional Sunday roast, the delights of an Italian bistro, a Victorian breakfast, an Australian themed dinner, wine tasting and Irish cookery.
Former Bolton College student Mark Duggan, now a top chef, will also be giving a cookery demonstration and cream teas will be served on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
For those watching their waistlines, a healthy lunch and make-up demonstration will be served up on Wednesday, with the option to work up an appetite beforehand with a free morning session in the pool at The Water Place or a workout at Tone Zone.
All these events will take place in the college's Grosvenor Restaurant.
Many of the events are fully booked but there are still places available for the Healthy Lunch on Wednesday, cream teas and the Victorian breakfast on Friday.
