NO wonder soccer legend Sir Alf Ramsey has flown out of Britain in high dudgeon after being snubbed by Euro '96 chiefs.
Sir Alf, 76, who led England to World Cup triumph in 1966, is bitterly upset that he has not been invited to the Euro '96 opening ceremony in London next month.
Sir Alf's name should have been near the top of the invitation list. A grovelling apology from the Euro chiefs is in order.
