Wanderers have lined up a seven match warm-up in preparation for their bid to bounce back off the relegation ropes.
Colin Todd will test his squad against five clubs from the lower divisions - all away from home - in the run-up to the new Division One season, which kicks off on Saturday, August 17.
But tradition comes first with Wanderers opening their pre-season account with their customary trip to Atherton LR on Friday, July 19 (ko 7pm).
They head north of the border to play Queen of the South at Palmerstone Park on Wednesday, July 24 (ko 7.30), before a whistle-stop round of friendlies against northern-based Football League clubs. The games are at Hull (Sat, July 27 ko 3pm), Wrexham (Wed, July 31 ko 7.30), York (Sat, Aug 3 ko 3pm), Rotherham (Tues, Aug 6 ko 7.30) and Carlisle (Sat, Aug 10 ko 3pm).
Todd said the pre-season programme offers the prospect of "good games against good footballing sides on good pitches."
