SIR: I refer to Mr J Godley's letter on May 14, regarding the poor service provided by GM Buses; in particular the 526 Smithills-Bolton service.
I have written to the Complaints Manager at the address provided, verifying Mr Godley's points, and I urge anyone else who is inconvenienced in the same way by the 526 service to do the same. The more people complain, the more GM Buses will have to take steps to improve it.
