ERIC Hughes today starts his search for a replacement for Jimmy Veikoso.

The Tongan international centre, who signed off with a two-try blast against leaders Hull KR on Sunday, is on his way back to Australia to get married and will be away for a month.

"Jimmy will be a hard act to follow," Hughes admits. "I've not made my mind up who will replace him at Barrow on Friday."

Teenage centre Alan Hadcroft will come back into the side after missing the Hull KR victory with a knee injury. "I've a few options for the other centre position," adds the Leigh coach.

Otherwise Hughes expects to be able to name an unchanged side as Leigh go for a third straight win.

Shaun Brown (eye), Alan Mason (shoulder) and Alex Cain (knee) are all improving and should get the all-clear for the trip to Craven Park.

Meanwhile Leigh will host one of the most prestigious qualifying games in this summer's Student World Cup. Australia will meet Wales at Hilton Park on Sunday, August 18 at 3pm.

The competition, which runs from August 17-31, culminates in the final at Salford.
