LEIGH judo ace Nigel Donohue has won a place in the British team for the Olympic Games in Atlanta next month.
Atlanta will be Donohue's second appearance in the Games after competing in Barcelona four years ago. he will compete in the Under 60kg category.
Also in the British team are Olympic silver medalist Nicola Fairbrother, Olympic bronze medalist Kate Howey and current European champion Sharon Rendle. Making his first Olympics appearance is another European champion, Danny Kingston.
The British squad is coached by former World Champion and double Olympic silver medalist, Neil Adams.
