BURY's promotion-winning stars are signing up in numbers to help in next season's Second Division campaign.
Midfielders Tony Rigby and Lenny Johnrose and striker Mark Carter have all agreed new deals this week.
They follow team-mates David Johnson, Ian Hughes, Lee Bracey and skipper David Pugh who had put pen to paper by last week.
Rigby has followed Hughes in coming off the transfer list and signing a fresh three-year contract while Johnrose has put his signature to a two-year deal.
Striker Carter, 35, has agreed a 12-month contract and is expected to put his name to it shortly.
By last week quicksilver teenage forward Johnson had signed a three-year deal with Bracey and Pugh both penning new two-year contracts.
That just leaves Gary Brabin, Gary Kelly, Nick Daws and Michael Jackson to agree during the summer as the Shakers bid to build a squad capable of establishing themselves in Division Two.
Once Bury have sorted out all their contract talks, manager Stan Ternent will be given the go-ahead to recruit players he believes will strengthen the club's hand for another possible promotion campaign.
