PANTOMANIA comes early to Bolton this year as 70 local children take part in the Albert Halls' Summer Panto Workshop.
Under the guidance of pantomime supremo Gerry Graham the local youngsters will script, produce and perform their own show, with proceeds donated to the Mayor of Bolton's charity.
The workshops kick off on Monday and will run all week.
The children's own show will be staged on Saturday, August 10 at 7pm.
Following the great success of last year's workshop event, the Albert Halls has added a second workshop to cater for demand.
A circus workshop kicks off on August 12, giving children the opportunity to learn to juggle, unicycle, stilt walk, or maybe just clown around for the week.
