A BRIDE in the 1960s is keen to trace her two bridesmaids.
Maureen Hodgson, now of Walkerburn, Peeblesshire, was married on August 20, 1966 at St Bartholomew's Parish Church, Westhoughton.
The bridesmaids, who were twins and aged just three at the time, were pupils at Crompton Fold County Primary School, Bolton, where Maureen was a teacher. Their names were Georgina and Angela Alexander.
The other bridesmaids on the big day were Sandra Vanes, Catherine Tonge and Glynis Short.
She says: "Unfortunately, over the years, I have lost contact with them and it would be nice to meet them again after 30 years of marriage."
If you have any information write to Maureen at Tweedvale House, Galashiels Road, Walkerburn, Peeblesshire EH43 6AA.
