SIR: I'm 21 and love Bolton.
Smithills Hall is well worth a visit. It is a magnificent hall with its Tudor withdrawing room and fine oak panelling, 16th and 17th Century furnishings and nature trail.
At Butterfly World, live insects fly about. I'm proud of Bolton and it's a lovely town. I'm looking for penpals who share similar interests. I collect entertainment, memorabilia, love antiques, collect LPs, 45s, CDs and tapes. I'm also looking for any memorabilia to do with Reginald Dixon, the organist, and Reg Dixon, the comedian. If anyone could let me have any autographs, original theatre posters and any original signed photos, I would be more than grateful. Miss Diane Wood
