ENTRIES are being sought for this year's Greater Manchester Business Through Tourism Awards.
Winners in 1995 included Rochdale Museum Service, Wigan Pier, The Village Charity, Trafford Park Development Corporation and Sir Bobby Charlton.
Entry forms for the 1996 competition are available from Helen Hipkiss at Marketing Manchester on 0161-237-1010.
The closing date for entries is September 30.
The competition will culminate in a glitzy ceremony at the Jarvis Piccadilly Hotel on Thursday, November 7.
TV personality Carol Smillie will present the awards and the after dinner speaker will be Sir David Trippier, Chairman of Marketing Manchester.
The awards are designed to recognise and reward individuals and organisations which have done the most to bring business to Greater Manchester through tourism-based activities.
