BOLTON-based Yates's Wine Lodges have appointed Stephen Owens as acquisitions manager.
He has moved from Allied Domecq Leisure to handle new property deals for the high profile brand.
Yates's Wine Lodges are currently involved in multi-million pound expansion plans throughout the country.
There will be a chain of about 100 by the start of the new millennium.
Mr Owens, a Yorkshireman, will also be responsible for new sites for Watling Street Inns, the joint venture company launched by Yates's and Kalton Inns and Leisure to develop a chain of traditional free houses throughout the North-west.
Chris Moore has been appointed IT manager at Yates's Wine Lodges, based at its head office in Manchester Road, Bolton.
Chris, from Warrington, brings a wealth of experience in information technology strategy and planning gained at ICL, management consultants KPMG and most recently Greenalls, where he spent the last five years.
