That's when the tribunal reconvenes to rule on the fee Bury must pay York for goalkeeper Dean Kiely.
If the Gigg Lane representatives win the day, manager Ternent will pay a modest price and will have cash at his disposal; if the hearing goes York's way, Bury could be stung with a big fee that will leave them with less scope to dip into the transfer market.
The clubs' valuations are poles apart - York asking upwards of £450,000 while Bury are offering less than a quarter of that.
The delay in settling the fee arose out of the York contingent's controversial decision to walk out of the original hearing complaining about the manner in which it was being conducted.
Shakers chairman Terry Robinson admits to being frustrated and bemused by the whole business, which has meant he has been unable to sanction any transfers.
