AN Atherton biker is critically ill in hospital after an accident yesterday in which three children were also injured.
David Brundrett, aged 34, of Rainbow Drive, Atherton, suffered serious head injuries in the crash with a car in Manchester Road, Carrington.
He was detained in Salford's Hope Hospital where his condition is described as "very poorly."
A front seat passenger in an Escort car is recovering in the same hospital. Three children in the car, two nine-year-olds and a boy aged 11, were also injured. They are all from the Sale, Manchester.
