BURY are a fortnight away from having a full strength side for the first time since the opening day of the season.
Long term casualties Chris Lucketti and David Pugh have had their injury supports removed and are expected to be able to start working on their fitness shortly.
Centre half Paul Butler and striker David Johnson both pulled out of Saturday's 1-1 draw at Shrewsbury with family commitments but could be available for tomorrow night's Coca-Cola Cup clash with First Division Crystal Palace at Gigg Lane.
Manager Stan Ternent said: "Both players have family problems so were unavailable - family comes first. I'll have to wait and see if they are going to be ready for the Palace game." Ternent was full of praise for his side who made it just one defeat in nine for the season with another dominant show.
And looking ahead to tomorrow night's second round first leg tie, he added: "We've now got the chance to test ourselves against a good side in a game which will give us a little light relief from the league."
