THE Moss family from Westhoughton exemplify Bolton Catholic Music and Choral Society's claim to be "one big, happy family".
Deborah Moss was only 13 when she first appeared for Bolton Catholics as one of the Snow children in Carousel, which was staged in 1967.
The Musical Director for the show was her grandfather, the late Wilf Rebbit.
During a run of South Pacific she introduced her husband Neville to the amateur stage.
Neville has since played many roles, including no fewer than seven different parts in Annie Get Your Gun in 1980. Neville is currently rehearsing for his part of Charlie Davenport in this year's production of that show. This is Neville's 25th show in 22 years.
Neville and Deborah are delighted that their five children have performed on stage. Their eldest son, Daniel, made his debut in Brigadoon in 1991, while Katherine, Simon, Robert and Philip have all taken part in Bolton Catholics' Junior Workshop performances.
Katherine and Simon join their father as principals in Annie Get Your Gun, playing opposite each other as Winnie and Tommy.
Judith Stamford directs the show and David Wilson is MD.
Annie Get Your Gun runs from October 28 to November 2 at the Albert Halls, Bolton. Tickets available from Ann Blackburn, 01204 302602.
