A BOLTON security firm boss whose new motorbike was stolen from outside his shop has offered a £3,000 reward to get it back and the thieves arrested.
Mr David Kathrada, of ADK Security Limited on St George's Street, said the machine, a Honda CBR600F/T, was locked and alarmed, but was taken on Saturday afternoon, between 1.30pm and 2.15pm.
Mr Kathrada had bought it little more than a month ago from a nearby shop, and it had done just 500 miles.
Detectives are investigating the theft, and Mr Kathrada is hoping to helping to find the thieves by circulating leaflets to all motorcycle shops in the area.
The bike registration number is P3 ADK, model code is G93, frame number is 006273, and engine number 2520253.
A spokesman for ADK Security, Mr Yan Graczyk, said: "It seems as though this was a professional job, but is just the sort of Crime our business aims to stamp out.
"This is typical of the sort of theft to hit Bolton, and the type of thing we aim to put a stop to."
Anyone with information about the theft should contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
