SIR: Bolton Wanderers, now with a modern and better ground in Red Moss, Horwich, should take with them the name of 'Burnden Park' - the existing 'Park' will cease to exist when sold off for development.
Middlebrook does not convey much and, in any case, I think it is the river Douglas which flows through Red Moss, joining up with the Middlebrook in Lostock.
