CROMPTON Place shopping centre is to get a "Royal" seal of approval on Saturday to celebrate Grandparents' Day.
Princess of Wales lookalike Christina Hance will be at the centre between 10.30am and 3pm.
And the Mayor and Mayoress of Bolton, Eric and Ida Johnson, who have nine grandchildren, will be the first to arrive.
The centre will be running a promotion for all grandparents to have their photograph taken with the "Princess of Wales."
The finished, framed 7" x 5" colour print costing £2.99 will be ready for collection from the West Square, Crompton Place on the following Saturday.
The promotion continues with a free prize draw held on the day in conjunction with the Bolton Evening News.
The draw takes place at 3pm and the star prize is a luxury theatre two-night break from Friday, October 25 to October 27 at the four star Grafton Hotel in London.
The trip is fully inclusive of travel and insurance and includes two tickets to see Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Phantom of the Opera."
Other prizes include a £100 Beaverbrooks voucher, a £50 Evans voucher, a limited edition print of Churchgate from the BEN, six free tickets to see 'Beauty and the Beast' at the Albert Halls, and a £25 Thomas Cook voucher.
And free shopping bags will be given to grandparents on the day.
On top of that promotional wear manufacturer Finnesse Emblems is holding a special offer to have photographs taken with the Princess of Wales printed onto a T-shirt for only £6.99.
Clare Moody, marketing manager for Crompton Place, said: "We have designed our promotional campaign for the coming year so that it offers something for everyone.
"The Children's Day we held last month was a great success and we are hoping that the day will prove to be a similar attraction."
