SIR: We hear so much about complaints against Bolton Housing that I am prompted to write this letter of appreciation.
Last weekend but one a fault developed on my central heating system. I rang the Housing Dept at 10.20am on Monday morning and, by 11.30am the same day, the repair had been completed.
So I wish to express my gratitude for this prompt and efficient service.
I have been in touch with the Estate Office to express my gratitude.
