STAN Ternent took a sideswipe at his shellshocked Shakers after last night's Coca-Cola Cup choker at Selhurst Park.
Ternent saw Palace complete a 7-1 aggregate win and moaned: "We are a much better side than that - believe me.
"I don't know what happened to us tonight."
Palace, in the driving seat after gaining an overwhelming advantage in the first leg, continued their prolific scoring form of the weekend with goals from Carl Veart (21), Rob Quinn (30), Keith Muscat (41) and Dougie Friedman (47).
