SINGLE mum Diane Woolham today branded the decision to evict her from her council home "totally unfair."
Miss Woolham, aged 24, said today: "There's just no need for it and it's not fair.
"If they had got me a council house back in Horwich near my mum none of this would have happened."
She added: "There's no way I'm going into temporary council housing. I don't know where we will go - how can I pay for a private rent or a bond with three young children to look after?"
Miss Woolham also angrily denied that the noise from her house had been unreasonable. And she added: "People did come to my house but they didn't make noise late at night. I think people round here never liked me from the start and wanted to get me out.
Miss Woolham who has children aged six, three and six months said she could not go to court yesterday because she was taking her baby to hospital.
