A CHARITY concert featuring talented keyboards player Steve Ronfell will help raise funds for Childline.
The concert, sponsored by the Bolton Evening News and Warburtons family bakers, is to mark the charity's 10th anniversary.
Steve, 24, who has been playing keyboards since the age of four, was approached by Andrew Dixon who manages a Spar Shop on St Helens Road in Bolton.
The talented pianist and organist has a wide repertoire covering all styles of music.
The Spar organisation has pledged to raise funds for Childline throughout its 10th anniversary year. It aims to raise £240,000 to help the charity operate the vital night time service.
The concert is being staged at the Greenfields Private Members Club, on Wigan Road, Westhoughton, on Thursday, October 10.
Steve, who specialises in charity concerts, will be supported by vocalists Brian Foster and Lisa Wilson, Hayward School's Choir and Ian Walmsley on drums.
The evening will also include a disco with resident DJ Little John, raffles and auctions.
Club owners Angela and Bill Richards have kindly donated the venue for the evening.
Tickets priced £5 are available from the Spar Shop, at 257 St Helens Road and from the Bolton Evening News.
