ROTARIAN Richard Hellaby has received the Rotary movement's coveted Richard Harris Fellowship for his service to the Rotary Club of Bolton.
Mr Hellaby was "father" of the much younger Bolton-le-Moors Club which formed on the initiative of the Bolton Rotary Club.
He joined Bolton Rotary Club 40 years ago and was president in 1972-3.
